A deeply relaxing full body massage with the use of intuitive touch to release trigger points, melt away tension and calm the mind.
Our signature essential oil massage blend is poured over the body followed by long flowy intentional touch to increase energy flow throughout. Finishing off with hot lavender towels and sound to leave you feeling grounded and refreshed.

Soul Serenity

Soul Serenity begins with a herbal tea, designed calm your nervous system, allowing you to release distractions and embrace stillness. We then invite intention into the session.
Sink into bliss with a relaxing back, neck, and shoulder massage followed by an organic facial massage to ease all the stress, pressure, and tension held in the face and throughout the body. Using a blend of organic oils, this massage will nourish and hydrate your skin, and restore the skin's natural radiance and glow.
Ground back to your body with a crystal sound bath tailored to the root chakra and hot lavender towels. A ritual to invite deep serenity and relaxation, you will float out feeling as light as a feather. Recommended to those experiencing headaches and high stress.
Hot Stone

Hot Volcanic Basalt Stones are heated and placed at pressure points on the body to heat and soothe the muscles and open up the energy pathways in the body.
The stones are then used as an extension of the hands to massage the body encouraging blood flow and circulation throughout, alleviating pain, and releasing endorphins which reduce stress and anxiety leaving you with a sense of calm and healing effect.
This offering is suited best when seeking a deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience, or when you are experiencing very deep muscular pain.
